What you’ll do

  • Improve observability, async job design, and long-term maintainability
  • Partner with product and business stakeholders to solve complex delivery challenges
  • Help raise engineering quality through better CI/CD, development processes, and technical standards
What we’re looking for
  • Strong backend engineering experience with technical ownership
  • Experience leading architecture or key technical decisions
  • Experience building scalable systems with async jobs and sustainable operations in mind
  • Experience improving delivery, testing, CI/CD, or engineering processes
  • Fluent business-level Japanese
