What You’ll Do
You will build and improve ML-powered features used by a large-scale consumer product.

Key areas include:
  • Build and improve content recommendation and personalization systems
  • Develop production features using Generative AI and NLP
  • Design ML pipelines from data processing and training to deployment
  • Build APIs and backend systems serving ML models
  • Monitor model performance and create continuous feedback loops
  • Analyze product data and improve recommendation logic and KPIs
  • Design and improve MLOps infrastructure
  • Work with product, engineering and data teams to bring ML ideas into production

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong hands-on experience building ML products in production
  • Experience with either NLP or recommendation systems
  • Experience building ML training and deployment pipelines
  • Backend engineering experience, including ML APIs
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD
  • Understanding of model monitoring and continuous improvement
  • Ability to evaluate ML solutions from both technical and business perspectives
  • Currently based in Japan
  • Professional working experience in Japan
  • JLPT N1 required

仕事内容
大規模なデジタルサービスにおけるAI・機械学習機能の企画、開発、運用、改善まで一貫して担当します。

主な業務：
  • 記事・コンテンツのレコメンドシステムの開発・改善
  • 生成AI・NLPを活用した新機能の開発
  • データ収集、前処理、学習、デプロイまでのMLパイプライン構築
  • MLモデルを利用するAPI・バックエンドシステムの開発
  • モデル性能のモニタリングとフィードバックループの設計
  • ユーザーデータ分析とKPI改善
  • レコメンドロジックの企画、検証、導入
  • MLOps環境の設計・改善
  • プロダクト・エンジニアリング・データチームとの協業

必須要件
  • 機械学習を活用したプロダクトの開発・本番運用経験
  • NLPまたはレコメンドシステムに関する実務経験
  • MLパイプラインの設計・構築経験
  • ML APIなどのバックエンド開発経験
  • クラウド環境、CI/CDを利用した開発経験
  • モデルのモニタリングや継続的な改善に関する知識・経験
  • 技術面だけではなく、事業・プロダクトの観点からML導入を検討できる方
  • 現在日本国内に在住している方
  • 日本企業・日本国内での就業経験
  • JLPT N1
