Sales Manager, Mechanical Engineering (JAPAN)

Our client, a leading manufacturing/industrial company are seeking a Sales Manager with a background in Mechanical Engineering.

This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role within a top manufacturing company, where you will be responsible for driving new business development and managing relationships with existing clients. As the role is based in Japan, native level Japanese will be required.

As a Sales Manager, you will:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as manage existing client relationships
• Plan, propose, negotiate, and manage projects from conception to delivery and after-sales service
• Develop and implement sales plans
• Maintain and expand relationships with clients
• Gather and analyze market intelligence

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Degree or professional qualification in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years of sales experience
• Business-level English skills
• Native-level Japanese
• Project management ability
• Strong communication skills
