Our client, a hotel in Japan's hospitality industry, is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to join their pre-opening team. This role offers the opportunity to shape the hotel's market presence and drive revenue across various segments, including corporate and leisure.
主な業務内容：
- ホテルの収益目標達成に向けたセールス戦略の立案と実行
- 主要法人および旅行業界アカウントの特定と管理
- 顧客との関係構築を目的とした営業訪問および商談の実施
- プレオープニングのセールス活動とブランド認知度向上のサポート
- 収益管理、マーケティング、オペレーションチームとの協力
- 潜在的な顧客に向けたセールス提案書と契約書の作成
- 市場動向と競合他社の活動のモニタリング
応募資格：
- ホテルまたはホスピタリティ業界でのセールス経験
- ホテルセールスおよび収益生成に関する深い理解
- 法人、レジャー、MICE、旅行業界セグメントでの経験があれば尚可
- ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語スキルが望ましい
- SalesforceなどのCRMソフトウェア使用経験
- 市場分析および競合他社のモニタリング能力
