Our client, a luxury international hotel renowned for its high standards in hospitality, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive room revenue and develop key partnerships.
This role offers the opportunity to work across domestic and international markets, leveraging your relationship-building skills and proactive sales mindset within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Drive room revenue through strategic sales initiatives
- Develop partnerships with corporate and travel industry clients
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Conduct sales calls and client meetings
- Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- 5+ years of experience in luxury hotel sales
- Fluency in Japanese
- Experience with international hotel brands is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with CRM software like Salesforce or similar
- Ability to travel for trade shows and networking events
- Strong negotiation skills
