Our client, a global leader in high-performance data centers, is seeking a Sales Director for Japan to lead and expand business operations in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies for revenue growth
- Lead and mentor high-performing international sales team
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including M&A
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Deliver accurate revenue forecasting and reporting
- Negotiate and close major deals in the data center sector
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project delivery

Qualifications:

- 10+ years in senior sales leadership in IDC or data center industry
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing large, complex deals and client portfolios
- Experience with M&A initiatives is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of Japanese business culture is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with CRM software is preferred but not mandatory

- IDCやデータセンター業界での10年以上のシニア営業リーダーシップ経験
- 日本語と英語の流暢なコミュニケーション能力
- ビジネス、マーケティング、関連分野の学士号または修士号
- 販売目標達成の実績
- 大規模で複雑な取引や顧客ポートフォリオの管理経験
- M&A関連の経験があれば尚可
- 日本のビジネス文化に関する知識があれば尚可
- CRMソフトウェアの経験があれば尚可
