•  Lead and train front-of-house team
•  Manage restaurant opening and daily operations
•  Collaborate with Executive Chef on service standards
•  Handle guest feedback and ensure smooth service
•  Manage schedules, costs, and inventory

•  レストランマネージャーまたはアシスタントマネージャーとしての経験
•  フレンチダイニング、ファインダイニング、ラグジュアリーホテル、またはプレミアムレストランでの経験
•  ビジネスレベルの日本語と英語
•  開業準備の経験があれば尚可

•  Experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager
•  Background in French dining, fine dining, luxury hotels, or premium restaurants
•  Business-level Japanese and English
•  Pre-opening experience is preferred but not mandatory
