You will:
- Research and design novel machine-learning algorithms
- Develop inference mechanisms and multimodal AI technology
- Optimize models and move research ideas into working prototypes
- Collaborate closely with Research Engineers to shorten the path from theory to product
- Master’s degree or PhD in an AI-related research field
- First-author publication at a top international conference, or equivalent research achievements
- Strong interest in distributed training, HPC, AI safety, or model optimization
- Compensation starts from ¥15M, even for junior-level researchers
- Remote-first, with full remote work available from anywhere in Japan
- Stock options
