As a QA Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of this new digital banking platform from day one. Working in a small, high-performing, international team, you'll design and improve QA processes, integrate quality assurance into CI/CD pipelines, develop test strategies, and collaborate closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, SRE, Security, Operations, and Legal teams. This is an opportunity to help define quality standards for a greenfield banking product while contributing to a modern engineering culture that embraces automation, Shift-Left testing, and AI-driven development.


Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in QA engineering or software development, with experience designing QA or development processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Processing, or a related field, plus ISTQB/JSTQB Foundation certification (or equivalent knowledge).
  • Business-level Japanese (N2+) and business-level English, with the ability to collaborate in a global engineering environment.
  • Experience with CI/CD, test planning, functional and non-functional testing, and cross-functional collaboration.
