PRODUCT MANAGER /
APPLICATION GROUP MANAGER (F/M/X)
FRONT END SEMICONDUCTOR
IN TOKYO, JAPAN

RESPONSIBILITIES
■ Together with the Head of Business Segment Semiconductor Industry you will develop our
successful activities within the Semiconductor Industry, while developing and executing the
global segment strategy for Front end Semiconductor applications
■ In close contact to the market and to our customers you identify customer needs, analyse market
requirements, coordinate portfolio analysis etc. for all product lines
■ For our strategic customer you provide sales- and technical support, develop new customers and
sales partners and focus on carrying out the global marketing and Front end Semiconductor
sales activities
■ Therefore, you perform global market studies and competitor analyses, compile and disseminate
timely market-related information regarding future technology trends, challenges and
applications
■ Internally you initiate product development and collaborate, motivate as well develop your
colleagues within the Application Group globally

REQUIREMENTS
■ With a Business or Technical Master's degree and first working (approx. 5 years) experience in
marketing/ sales this role is the best choice to develop into an international career.
■ It is an advantage having experience within the semiconductor or semiconductor equipment
industries
■ Knowledge of one or more front end processes and modern equipment, including ion
implantation, etch, deposition, or photolithography
■ Fluent Business English language skills as well as excellent presentation skills and ability to
inspire colleagues and customers
