Payroll Specialist - 100% remote work, Tech

Specialized Group is working with a leading Tech company on a Payroll hire.
The company is a market leader, a strong product and continues to grow in Japan.

This client has 100% remote, however the applicant must live in Japan.

Compensation:

8M JPY + Incentive

Responsibilities:

• Support Payroll, Social Insurance and attendance Management procedures.
• Maintenance and operation of personnel system information
• Responding to inquiries from salary and welfare employees
• Communicate with HQ vendors to coordinate Payroll data.
• Develop and improve the firm's payroll operations and system

Requirements:

• Intermediate level English and Strong fluent Japanese
• 3+ years in payroll, C&B or a general HR in Japan
• Strong communication skills
• Organized and motivated
• People-focused and energetic personality
