Our client, a travel agency based in Central Tokyo, is seeking an Operations Manager to join their growing tour company. This role offers the chance to work in an international atmosphere and lead a dynamic team in the heart of Tokyo.

業務内容:

- 日々の運営管理
- 多国籍チームのマネジメント
- 旅行予約プロセスやシステムの最適化
- 顧客満足度向上のための戦略策定
- ツアーアレンジメントのためのパートナーや仕入先との調整

- Oversee daily operations of the travel agency
- Manage and lead a diverse international team
- Optimize travel booking processes and systems
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with partners and suppliers for tour arrangements

応募資格:

- 3年以上の運営管理経験
- 旅行業界での経験
- 日本語と英語の流暢なコミュニケーション能力
- 優れたリーダーシップとチーム管理能力
- 旅行予約システムの知識

- 3+ years of experience in operations management
- Experience in the travel industry
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with travel booking systems
