Key Responsibilities:

  • - Lead recruitment strategy for B2B technology projects
  • - Manage and develop a team of 5 TA members
  • - Directly recruit for key positions in sales and technology
  • - Report recruitment progress to business leaders
  • - Collaborate with global TA team for recruitment alignment
  • - Optimize recruitment processes based on data analysis
  • - Enhance candidate experience through strategic initiatives


Qualifications:

  • - Experience in B2B sales models and inside sales
  • - Project-based recruitment experience in technology sectors
  • - Experience managing and leading recruitment teams
  • - Business-level English proficiency
  • - Hands-on recruitment experience, including direct sourcing
  • - Experience in stakeholder negotiation and coordination
  • - Familiarity with recruitment process optimization
