M&Aアドバイザリー業務（Financial Advisory/Lead Advisory業務）をご担当いただきます。

【具体的には】
・M&A戦略立案
・買手或いは買収先のソーシング支援
・プロセスのリード
・条件交渉戦略の作成支援および交渉
・DD実行支援
・企業価値分析及び買収または売却価格検討支援
・買収ファイナンス等のアレンジメント支援
・意向表明、基本合意、最終契約等各種ドキュメントのドラフティング支援
・サイニング、公表資料作成、クロージングの支援 など

・Pre-Deal業務（コンサルティング）からPost‐Deal業務（PMI）まで一連のM&A経験が積める

【Manager以下の組織構成について】
Manager, Senior Associate, Associateで採用された方々は『Deals Execution Team（DET）』への配属となります。
Dealsでは、社会におけるValue Creationを図ることをVisionとしており、Visionを達成するには高い専門性だけではなく、

You will be in charge of M&A advisory business (Financial Advisory/Lead Advisory business).

[Specifically]
・M&A strategy planning

・Buyer or acquirer sourcing support

・ Process lead

・Condition negotiation strategy creation support and negotiation

・DD execution support Support for arrangements , declaration of intention, basic agreement, final contract, etc.

Drafting support for various documents such as signing , preparation of publication materials, closing support, etc. Able to accumulate a series of M&A experiences

・There are many cross-border projects and many overseas collaborations

・There is an environment that emphasizes flat culture and diversity

Managers, Senior Associates, Associates will be assigned to the "Deals Execution Team (DET)".
