We are looking for an experienced sales professional to lead the team as DOS at a Luxury Hotel in the beautiful Odawara resort.

You'll have the chance to lead the sales team and supervise the overall business in the sales department.

Responsibilities

• Guidance and development of general sales department leads and team members
• Domestic and overseas sales activities
• Guidance for your hotel inspection
• Market research
• Product development
• Various reports (e.g., sales reports, budget management, etc.)
• Sales management
• Attendance management of team members
• Department expense management

Requirements

• 5+ years of hospitality sales experience (Hotel, Airline, Agency etc)
• 2+ years of sales management experience
• Business-level English
• Native-level Japanese proficiency
