- Execute dishes during high-pressure service periods
- Contribute to guest satisfaction through high-quality cuisine
- Experience in Italian cuisine
- Fluency in Japanese
- 2+ years of experience as a Line Chef
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Experience with high-end dining environments is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
