JOB DESCRIPTION

Understand the business strategies and measures of the company and business divisions, and contribute to their realization and more effective operation from legal and contractual aspects. Specifically, extracting legal risks, proposing countermeasures, proposing business structures, drafting contracts, reviewing, and negotiating.

In order to avoid legal risks (violations of various laws and regulations, litigation risks, etc.), we analyze and disseminate laws and regulations that have a significant impact on our business, provide legal advice in business execution, and suspect violations of laws and disputes. In the event of an incident, we work with external experts to formulate and present optimal solutions and litigation strategies. (Service provided to: Top management, each department)

Strengthening corporate governance functions within the company and the group, and supporting appropriate operations

QUALIFICATIONS

Those who have about 10 years of legal work experience at a law firm or company.

Experienced in reviewing, drafting and negotiating English contracts

Managerial experience, pharmaceutical industry experience, lawyer qualifications are welcome
