A fast-growing manufacturing AI data platform company is hiring a Lead Machine Learning Engineer.
This company is tackling one of the hardest and most valuable data problems in industry: turning complex manufacturing drawings, CAD files, and technical documents into structured, searchable, usable data.
You will work on real product ML, where computer vision, OCR, CAD analysis, LLMs, LVMs, MLOps, and scalable backend systems come together to solve business-critical problems in manufacturing.

Must have
  • Strong hands-on experience in machine learning model development
  • Experience releasing and operating ML models in production
  • Solid knowledge of ML, statistics, algorithms, and computer science fundamentals
  • Experience solving real business problems with machine learning
  • Backend or API development experience using Python, Rust, or similar languages
  • Cloud experience with Google Cloud, AWS, Docker, Git, and CI/CD
  • Fluent business-level Japanese communication
