Our client, a rapidly growing company specializing in the clinical development and commercialization of innovative oncology therapies, is seeking a Learning & Development Manager. This leadership role offers the opportunity to build and strengthen the L&D function, aligning training programs with the company's growth strategy and global standards.
- Develop enterprise-wide learning strategy aligned with business objectives
- Plan and manage onboarding and leadership training programs
- Create oncology-focused training for non-promotional and promotional roles
- Establish KPIs to monitor training effectiveness and ROI
- Oversee training operations, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Coach and mentor direct reports for career development
- Localize global training content and share best practices
- Collaborate with global teams for training program alignment
- Minimum 10 years in corporate learning & development (mandatory)
- Proven track record in sales, scientific, and leadership training
- Experience managing a team of 3+ professionals for 5+ years
- Native Japanese, Business-level English proficiency (mandatory)
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with MR certification programs or GVP/GPSP-related training is preferred but not mandatory
