Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute audits for Global Markets business

- Assess control environment and recommend improvements

- Provide updates on business, risk, and control practices

- Communicate audit results and issues effectively

- Manage relationships with key stakeholders

- Stay updated on regulatory changes and market events

Qualifications:

- 6+ years audit or compliance experience in financial services

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

- Proficiency in business Japanese and English (written and verbal)

- Experience leading audits and executing audit methodology

- Strong knowledge of internal control concepts

- Professional certification such as CPA, CA, CIA, CAMS, or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory

- 金融サービス分野での6年以上の監査またはコンプライアンス経験

- 会計、金融、または関連する学位取得者

- ビジネスレベルの日本語と英語の読み書き・会話能力

- 監査の主導経験と監査手法の実行力

- 内部統制の概念に関する強い知識

- CPA、CA、CIA、CAMS、または同等の専門資格を保有していると尚良し
