Responsibilities:

Train and supervise the in-room dining team, manage schedules, and ensure smooth operations.

Provide excellent service to enhance guest satisfaction and quickly resolve any issues.

Requirements:

Experience in room service or hospitality.

ルームサービスまたはホスピタリティ業界での経験がある方。

Strong leadership and motivational skills.

優れたリーダーシップとモチベーションスキル。

Knowledge of financial management.

財務管理に関する知識。

Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.

週末や祝日を含む柔軟な勤務時間に対応できる方。

Proficient in English and Japanese.
