Implementation Engineer for a Global Financial Firm

Responsibilities

• Know the products and services including API framework, product roadmaps, new release functionality, and be able to speak to these items at a technical and non-technical level
• Work with customers and internal teams to develop connectivity solutions
• Lead pre-Sales initiatives and activities to advance sales
• Manage post-sales initiates and activities to advance sales by
• Establish rapport with clients, from C-level executives, managers, and support staff
• Be a point of contact through pre-sales and post-sales deliveries
• Partner with Integration team through larger customer onboarding deliveries
• Lead all aspects of technical integration deliveries through UI, batch processes, and API (SOAP/REST)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's' degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent IT-related degree program
• 1-3 years' experience working in a technical role, ideally within a SaaS platform
• Experienced in presenting technical information clearly and concisely in layperson's / non-technical terms
• Fluency in both English and Japanese
• Strong knowledge and understanding of APIs and databases interface
• Previous experience on Python scripting is required
• Previous experience working with APIs, familiar with SOAP and REST
• Knowledge of file transfer protocols, IT security, SaaS applications, Cloud Services
• Excellent interpersonal skills
