HRBP Manager - IT/Manufacturing HRBPマネージャー (Up to ¥12M salary)

Our client, a leader in the IT and manufacturing industry, is seeking an HRBP Manager to accelerate mission achievement within their GTM organization.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with management to optimize organizational performance and contribute to business growth in a rapidly expanding environment. The position offers a competitive salary up to ¥12 million annually, based on experience and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify organizational challenges and propose HR solutions

- Lead recruitment strategies from requirement definition to closing

- Design and implement evaluation and compensation systems

- Develop and execute talent development initiatives

- Plan and manage organizational structure with management

- Enhance communication within the organization

- Implement retention strategies to reduce turnover

Qualifications:

- Experience in GTM organizations like sales or marketing

- 1+ years of HRBP experience

- Ability to communicate with executives and managers

- Experience in HR systems design and implementation

- Experience in organizational development and talent management

- Experience in startup environments is preferred but not mandatory
