HRBP - leading tech company, full remote

A leading Japanese tech company is looking to expand their HRBP team as they continue to grow their business in Japan.

They are looking for multiple HRBPs (both junior level and experienced HRBPs are welcome) who can partner with various departments and functions to help support both new and existing employees.

This HRBP, depending on their experience, will be responsible for the following:

• Organizational development
• Employee coaching
• Employee/labour relations
• HR planning
• Performance management

The company offers fully remote work (anywhere from Japan), has super flexible working hours, a great culture, and is moving towards internationalizing their organization more and more as they bring in more people from all over the world.
