【HR Manager opportunity at a High-end Global Hospitality Company】

A global hospitality company is hiring "HR Manager" in Tokyo Office. The company is targeting high-end customers and the business has been stable, you will be a part of the largest hospitality company in the world.

As a HR Manager, you will be responsible for HR Operations, building recruiting strategy, talent management and improving the whole employment cycle.

Very exciting opportunity - the business has been established world-widely and they are expanding their service in Japan now. HR itself will be a core for their business growth as the market is becoming more competitive.

Key requirements:

• Over 7 years of experience in HR Generalist, and 3 years in HR Business Partner
• Experienced in start-up or small sized company as a Human Resources
• Above near native in Japanese and above business level in English (Reporting to Singapore)
