• Lead and manage housekeeping and laundry teams including outsourced staff
• Oversee quality control of guest rooms, suites, public areas, and linen
• Manage departmental budgeting and control housekeeping and laundry inventory
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance and service quality
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and hotel regulatory standards
• Respond promptly to guest requests, special requirements, and complaints
• Plan and support execution of deep-cleaning and special housekeeping projects
• Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance overall guest experience
• Manage housekeeping operations during peak and busy periods
• Implement training programs to uphold luxury service standards

• 5+ years experience in hotel housekeeping management
• Proven leadership in managing diverse housekeeping teams
• Knowledge of hotel safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards
• Experience managing housekeeping and laundry inventory and budgeting
• Strong guest service orientation with complaint resolution skills
• Familiarity with luxury hotel housekeeping quality standards
• Ability to plan and execute deep-cleaning and special projects
• Experience collaborating with other hotel departments
• Proficiency in Japanese and English communication
• Skills in operational efficiency and productivity improvement
