Our client, a luxury hotel management company, is seeking a Hotel Night Manager for their first property in Japan, located in Tokyo. This role offers the unique opportunity to have sole operational authority during the night, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction in a nature-led, sustainable luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure smooth hotel operations during night shifts
- Maintain guest safety and security overnight
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Supervise night staff and manage shift schedules
- Monitor hotel systems and emergency protocols
- Prepare nightly financial and operational reports

Qualifications:

- Hotel Night Manager experience required
- Business-level English proficiency necessary
- Proven experience in luxury brand hotels
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Ability to read, understand, and analyze financial budgets
- Experience with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Protel) is preferred but not mandatory
- Japanese language proficiency is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in guest relations and conflict resolution is preferred but not mandatory

- 優れた文章力とコミュニケーション能力
- 財務予算を理解し、分析する能力
- ホテル管理ソフトウェア（例：Opera、Protel）の経験があれば尚良し
- 日本語スキルがあれば尚良し
- ゲスト対応や問題解決の経験があれば尚良し
