Key Responsibilities:

  • - Lead and mentor the Human Resources team
  • - Align HR strategy with hotel commercial objectives
  • - Oversee recruitment, including workforce planning and onboarding
  • - Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
  • - Drive employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives
  • - Manage HR budgets and labour costs
  • - Contribute to hotel strategy and operational decision-making
  • - Handle employee relations and labour disputes
  • - Support HR audits and compliance reviews

Qualifications:

  • - Minimum 2 years in Human Resources or Labour Relations
  • - Solid understanding of employment and labour legislation
  • - Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
  • - HR experience within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory
