Head of Accounting (SaaS / Tech / IT industry) - 17m - Hybrid


Our client, where we have successfully placed several candidates, has recently opened a new Head of Group Accounting position.
This role is within a SaaS / Technology / IT company and would focus on strengthening the company’s finance function as it prepares for its next stage of growth.

Key areas of responsibility:
  • Oversee the group-wide month-end and year-end closing process, including consolidation of overseas entities
  • Take a hands-on role in the company’s IPO preparation and related finance activities
  • Potentially support future fundraising initiatives and investor relations

The ideal candidate would have:
  • Strong practical experience in consolidated accounting and financial reporting across multiple entities, including international subsidiaries
  • Experience working with external auditors in a listed or pre-IPO environment

Language Requirements:
  • Japanese fluent/native level
  • English business level
