This strategic leadership role involves shaping hotel performance and culture as part of the Executive Committee, while leading the HR team to deliver exceptional support and memorable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the Human Resources team
- Align HR strategy with hotel commercial objectives
- Oversee compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Contribute to hotel strategy and operational decisions
- Develop employee satisfaction initiatives
- Handle employee relations and labour disputes
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years in Human Resources or Labour Relations
- Solid understanding of employment and labour legislation
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
- HR experience within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory
