Strategic HR Business Partner at Global Japanese firm

Be in charge of multiple departments at the global HQ, maintain close communications with senior officers in each department

Strengthen the organization across 23 countries worldwide by developing human resources iniatives and realize department strategy through action

Responsibilities include:

• Organizational design, personnel allocation
• Balancing business and individual career needs through planning and execution of transfers
• Evaluation planning
• Discovering and responding to labor issues

Career path

Not only are there opportunities in Japan but overseas as well. Be involved in management on a large scale, due to the global HQ being in Japan the possibilities are extensive depending on ability, aptitude and motivation

Needed skills/experience

• Understand the perspective of division heads/managers, solve problems and bring about change.
• Experience in business transformation projects/change management (E.g. HRBP at MNC, or as a consultant)
• Fluent/Native Japanese and high business (TOEIC 800+) or higher English ability

• Management candidates who are interested in Human Resources, whether or not you have experience in it
• Understanding of managment perspective, challenges. Ability to communicate from that same perspective
