The specific advisory services we provide are as follows:

■Support for evaluating the effectiveness of the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and Audit & Supervisory Board
■Support for designing, constructing, and upgrading group/global governance systems
■Designing, constructing, and advancing group/global business management/risk management
■Development of risk governance and risk appetite framework
■Support for upgrading the internal audit system (outsourcing/cosourcing operations, external quality evaluation, etc.)
■ Audit support (co-sourcing work, etc.)
■ Internal control evaluation support (including JSOX/USOX)
■ Fraud response and fraud risk management system design, construction, sophistication, etc.
