We are hiring a Generative AI Engineer to drive company-wide AI adoption through product development, workflow improvement, education, and governance. This role is ideal for engineers who want to work across the full cycle from identifying business problems to building and deploying production-ready AI solutions.

What you’ll do
  • Design, build, and operate systems powered by LLMs and other generative AI technologies
  • Lead AI-driven workflow improvement projects from planning and PoC to rollout
  • Develop internal tools and backend systems using technologies such as Python and cloud platforms
  • Evaluate and introduce AI-related SaaS and tooling
  • Support company-wide AI enablement through training, guidelines, and technical advocacy
What we’re looking for
  • Strong hands-on experience with generative AI, including LLM-based applications or agent frameworks
  • Experience building and shipping backend systems in Python or similar languages
  • Experience developing AI systems on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
  • Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
  • Experience leading system implementation or workflow improvement projects
  • Business-level Japanese

Compensation
- Compensation up to JPY 15M
- Hybrid work style
- Open to Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, or Fukuoka
