Job Summary: The FP&A Manager will play a critical role in the overall financial planning and analysis of the company. This position will be responsible for leading the budgeting and forecasting process, analyzing financial performance, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process for the company, working closely with department heads to develop realistic and achievable targets.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support the budgeting and forecasting process, including scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
  • Analyze and interpret financial results, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop and implement strategic initiatives, providing financial insight and guidance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and department heads.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial reporting requirements and regulations.
  • Manage a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and coaching to support their professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant financial planning and analysis experience, preferably within the luxury goods industry.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, with the ability to develop complex models to support decision-making.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
