I am looking for an AI Software Engineer / FDE to join one of Japan’s most distinctive data and AI companies.

The company has built a strong position in Japan by combining three assets that are rarely found in one organization:
• Access to high-value payment, POS, mobility, financial, and real estate data
• Long-term relationships with major financial institutions and large Japanese enterprises
• An in-house technology stack covering data platforms, generative AI, AI agents, and enterprise governance

Its products are already used to support real business decisions in finance, real estate, retail, and corporate operations.

The company is now expanding from data infrastructure and analytics into enterprise AI products, including:
• AI agent governance and MCP gateway platforms
• Enterprise AI collaboration products
• AI-powered real estate and location intelligence SaaS
• Modern data platforms built on Snowflake
• Secure generative AI solutions for regulated industries

This is a 1→10 environment.
You will join products that already have enterprise clients and proven demand, while still having the freedom to shape architecture, product direction, and engineering practices.

As an AI Software Engineer / FDE, you will:
• Work directly with major enterprise clients
• Translate business, security, and governance requirements into technical solutions
• Lead architecture design and technical proposals
• Build across backend, frontend, cloud, and infrastructure
• Develop production AI products, not just demonstrations or PoCs
• Own delivery from requirements definition through implementation

Requirements:
• Backend web application development experience
• Basic cloud infrastructure experience
• Experience using AI tools in software development
• Strong customer focus and product ownership
