A Japanese technology company focused on helping large enterprises drive AI Transformation (AX) and modernize their business operations. The company works closely with clients to identify real-world business challenges and build AI/LLM solutions that move beyond PoCs into production.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you will work directly with enterprise clients to identify business challenges, design AI-powered solutions, build prototypes, and bring them into production.
This is a highly hands-on role where requirements are often not fully defined. You will have significant autonomy in deciding what to build, how to build it, and how to improve it after launch.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of software engineering experience
  • Experience clarifying ambiguous requirements and driving implementation through stakeholder communication
  • Strong interest in AI transformation and solving real-world business problems
  • Business fluency in Japanese 
  • FDE or previous AI experience is not required.
