A fast-growing AI startup backed by a listed tech group is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers in Tokyo.
The company is building an AI agent platform designed to connect enterprise SaaS, data, and workflows, then allow AI to execute business operations autonomously. The goal is to build the “enterprise brain” for modern companies.

What you will work on:
• Understand customer business processes, data environments, and existing SaaS systems
• Identify where AI agents can automate, optimize, or redesign workflows
• Build fast PoCs using an AI agent platform and move them into production
• Integrate tools such as Salesforce, SmartHR, HRMOS, kintone, expense systems, and other enterprise SaaS products
• Develop full-stack solutions using Python, TypeScript, React, Next.js, and cloud infrastructure
• Support production deployment, security requirements, operation design, and user adoption
• Share customer insights with the product team and help convert repeated patterns into scalable product features

What we are looking for:
• Strong software engineering experience
• Full-stack development capability across backend and frontend
• Hands-on experience building applications with LLMs or generative AI
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Ability to work closely with customers and define solutions from ambiguous business problems
• Fluent Japanese for customer and product discussions
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, data integration, ETL, or enterprise SaaS implementation is a plus
