Our client, a global luxury brand with a prestigious hotel in Osaka, is seeking a Fitness/Wellness Head to lead their comprehensive wellness facilities. This newly created role offers the unique opportunity to build and shape the wellness structure, focusing on fitness expertise at a department head level. Located in central Osaka, the position promises career mobility across the group and the potential to evolve into a Director of Wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead gym, pool, and spa operations
- Build and maintain strong member relationships
- Develop and implement wellness programs
- Shape the wellness department structure
- Manage fitness staff and operations
- Ensure high standards of luxury hospitality

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in fitness or wellness management
- Experience in luxury hospitality or wellness industry
- Strong relationship-building skills with members
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Knowledge of wellness facilities management
- Experience with membership models in hospitality
