Our client, a rapidly growing global B2B fintech company, is seeking a Finance Manager to manage their Japan finance operations and accounts. This role offers the opportunity to be a crucial point of contact for the Business Leader in Japan and local customers, leveraging your fintech and payments knowledge. Key Responsibilities:

  • - Manage financial operations and accounting in Japan
  • - Oversee vendor and client invoice accuracy and timeliness
  • - Handle customer emails related to payment processes
  • - Verify customer data through compliance checks
  • - Manage local regulatory compliance for tax and accounts



Qualifications:

  • - 3 to 5 years of Finance or Accounting experience
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
  • - Hands on experience with Japanese corporate tax code
  • - Impressive interpersonal and communication skills in Japanese and English
  • - Experience in a managerial role is preferred but not mandatory
