Our client, a luxury hotel in Kyoto, is seeking an F&B Manager to take full ownership of a multi-outlet F&B operation. This role offers genuine scope and autonomy, ideal for someone ready to transition from a senior supervisor or assistant manager role into a full managerial position.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple F&B outlets in a luxury hotel
  • Lead and develop a small, hands-on F&B team
  • Ensure high-quality service for high-end clientele
  • Implement strategies to enhance F&B operations

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in F&B management
  • Experience in luxury hotel F&B operations
  • Ability to manage multiple F&B outlets
  • Fluency in Japanese and English
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Experience with high-end clientele
