Our client, a globally recognized luxury hotel in Japan's iconic harbour setting, is seeking an Executive Club Lounge Manager. This hybrid role offers the unique opportunity to manage both Front Office and F&B operations within the exclusive lounge, providing personalized and anticipatory service to elite guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Manage executive club lounge operations
  • - Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Concierge
  • - Provide personalized check-in and check-out for Club Lounge guests
  • - Deliver anticipatory guest services
  • - Oversee food and beverage presentation in the lounge
  • - Ensure adherence to luxury brand standards

Qualifications:

  • - 1+ years of experience in luxury hotel management
  • - Experience in both Front Office and F&B operations
  • - Strong guest service skills
  • - Fluency in Japanese and English
  • - Experience with luxury brand standards
  • - Ability to coordinate across multiple departments
