- Advise on employment laws and regulations
- Report to global ER director

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in employee relations
- Experience in tech industry employee relations
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
