What you’ll do
- Lead and grow a core data platform engineering team
- Drive technical decisions and architecture for a highly scalable platform
- Partner with product and business stakeholders on roadmap and execution
- Build the foundation for data governance, semantic layers, and large-scale distributed systems
- Help shape an organization designed for long-term global product expansion
- Experience leading and developing engineering teams
- Strong technical background in data platforms, distributed systems, or core infrastructure
- Ability to lead both people and technical decision-making
- Experience working across product, engineering, and business stakeholders
- Fluent business-level Japanese
- Compensation up to JPY 18M
