I’m currently working on an Engineering Manager role at a very diverse, flat, remote-first tech product company in Japan.
This is a strong fit for engineering leaders who want broad ownership, real impact, and the chance to help shape how a product organization scales as the business continues to grow globally.

What you’ll do
  • Lead an engineering group focused on product reliability, quality, and development excellence
  • Drive team goals, roadmap planning, and execution
  • Support hiring, coaching, performance management, and team growth
  • Partner with product and engineering stakeholders to improve quality, scalability, and operational maturity
  • Help build stronger processes, better developer experience, and a more reliable product foundation
What we’re looking for
  • Experience developing and operating web applications
  • Strong knowledge of software quality, reliability, and service operations
  • Experience managing engineering teams of 10+ people
  • Experience working with cloud platforms and container-based environments
  • Fluent business-level Japanese
