A leading cosmetics company is currently searching for a eCommerce Manager. You will need a background in cosmetics or consumer goods, a strong eCommerce/digital background, and excellent team leadership skills (management experience mandatory).

Brand passion, an entrepreneurial mindset, and an understanding of successful eCommerce strategies in Japan are also mandatory.  A good understanding of the cosmetics customer (male and female) is highly preferred.

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Owned eCommerce Experience is Mandatory (including knowledge of Digital Marketing, CRM, and Content Creation)
• 3rd Party eCommerce Management Experience is Preferred and Highly Desired
• Native Japanese Mandatory
• English Advanced Business Level+ Required
