Our client, a well-established international hotel brand, is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial strategy at one of its key gateway properties in Japan. This senior leadership role offers the unique opportunity to manage a diverse commercial mix with cross-border demand, supported by a major global hotel group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales and marketing strategy for hotel property
- Manage corporate, MICE, and travel trade accounts
- Develop and implement brand marketing strategies
- Achieve commercial targets for the hotel
- Lead and manage a small to mid-sized sales team
- Coordinate with international hotel group for strategic alignment
- Analyze market trends to optimize sales strategies
Qualifications:
- Proven hotel sales and marketing leadership experience
- Business-level Japanese (N2 or above) and working English
- Track record managing corporate, MICE, or airline/travel trade accounts
- Experience in marketing or brand strategy
- Comfortable owning commercial targets and leading a small to mid-sized team
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing
- Strong stakeholder management skills

-マーケティングまたはブランド戦略の経験
-商業目標の達成と小規模から中規模のチームをリードする能力
-5年以上の営業・マーケティング経験
-強力なステークホルダーマネジメントスキル
