主な業務内容:
  • - フード＆ビバレッジ施設全体の管理・運営
  • - レストラン、バー、バンケット、ルームサービスのオペレーション指導
  • - ゲスト満足度とサービス品質の向上を推進
  • - 予算管理、コスト管理、財務パフォーマンスの最適化
  • - F&B管理チームのリーダーシップ、指導、育成
  • - 調理チームと協力し、メニューやコンセプトの開発
  • - 日常業務の円滑な実施と管理
  • - 衛生、安全、ブランド基準の厳守
  • - Oversee all food and beverage outlets
  • - Lead restaurant, bar, banquet, and in-room dining operations
  • - Drive guest satisfaction and service quality
  • - Manage budgets, costs, and financial performance
  • - Lead, coach, and develop F&B management teams
  • - Work with culinary team on menus and concepts
  • - Ensure smooth daily operations across all outlets
