Our client, a renowned hotel and resort company, is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage to lead their culinary teams and elevate guest experiences. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic direction and operational leadership across all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and memorable dining experiences.


Key Responsibilities:


- Provide strategic direction for food and beverage operations
- Drive guest satisfaction through high-quality service and dining experiences
- Develop and implement revenue-generating initiatives
- Lead and develop a diverse team to achieve goals
- Manage departmental budgets and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Oversee inventory management and procurement processes
- Execute large-scale events, conferences, and catering operations


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- 5–8 years of Food & Beverage leadership experience in hotels or resorts
- Proven experience managing multiple restaurants, bars, and catering events
- Strong commercial acumen in driving revenue growth and profitability
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards
- Fluency in English and local language is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with inventory management and procurement processes
- Ability to execute large-scale events and banquets

- 収益成長および収益性向上に関する強力な商業的洞察力
- 食品安全規制および健康基準の知識
- 英語および現地語の流暢さ（望ましいが必須ではない）
- 在庫管理および調達プロセスの経験
- 大規模イベントおよび宴会の遂行能力
