Our client, a luxury cosmetic brand, is seeking a Digital/EC Manager to define and implement digital marketing and eCommerce strategies in Japan. This role offers the opportunity to drive eCommerce sales and revenue while aligning global digital directions with local consumer insights. The position is based in Tokyo, Japan, with a salary of up to 12M JPY.

- Define and implement digital marketing strategies for Japan

- Manage digital media budget effectively

- Develop 360-degree support for key priorities

- Align global digital direction with local relevancy

- Collaborate with regional and HQ teams for strategy alignment

- Support SNS activities and E-Retailers' development

Qualifications:

- 5+ years in digital media or consulting

- Native fluency in Japanese

- Business level English proficiency

- Experience with digital/social advertising and eCommerce operations

- Experience with Magento or Salesforce is preferred but not mandatory

- Experience with luxury cosmetic brands is preferred but not mandatory

- Knowledge of Japanese consumer behavior and market trends

- Experience with CRM analysis and online traffic optimization
