Our client, a global leader in technology and services, is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to join their Information Technology and Digital Talent Acquisition Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Conduct initial and face-to-face interviews
• Partner with HR to offer competitive compensation
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in ATS
• Source candidates using various platforms
• Collaborate with industry leaders on recruitment processes
• Ensure compliance with hiring regulations

Qualifications:

• Significant experience hiring for software, cloud, data, AI/ML roles
• Experience developing talent acquisition strategies for direct hiring model
• Proficient in ATS, recruitment tech, and Microsoft Office
• Deep understanding of tech and hiring market trends
• Proficient in advanced-level English, both written and spoken
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms is preferred but not mandatory
