Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies
Conduct initial and face-to-face interviews
Partner with HR to offer competitive compensation
Maintain accurate recruitment records in ATS
Source candidates using various platforms
Collaborate with industry leaders on recruitment processes
Ensure compliance with hiring regulations
Qualifications:
Significant experience hiring for software, cloud, data, AI/ML roles
Experience developing talent acquisition strategies for direct hiring model
Proficient in ATS, recruitment tech, and Microsoft Office
Deep understanding of tech and hiring market trends
Proficient in advanced-level English, both written and spoken
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms is preferred but not mandatory
